TC Series Working Ring with Thickness Control

Features  and application: 

Thickness control working ring is designed for the in-process monitoring of  workpiece thickness or stock removal where very narrow thickness range of the workpieces are needed.  By using a micron gauge, the operator will see the stock removal from the gauge during lapping process and decide whether to stop the process, by using a electronic probe, the stock removal or  workpiece  thickness can be shown on a scree, and when the workpiece thickness or stock removal reaches the target that the operate sets, the probe will trigger a signal to stop the process automatically. Differs from conventional way of workpiece thickness control which is done  by calculating the removal rate and lapping time, thickness control working ring can make a automatic high precision thickness control lapping process. 

Thickness control working rings are available in both standard ID/OD sizes of 80mm/ 104mm, 108mm/ 144mm, 138mm/178mm, 140mm/180mm, 248mm/288mm, 368mm/ 419mm and none standard size upon customers’ request
