There are two purposes modifying a machine, function modification like changing a lapping machine into a polishing machine, and performance modification such as reconditioning the polishing plate to achieve a better flatness and the adoption of water cooling base. We can control well the key specification of the hardware to make a used machine as valuable as new one.
