FG series plate flatness gauge is for the comparison measuring of the flatness of lapping plate, polishing plate or fine grinding wheel. The gauge is very light, stable and easy to use, for easier reading of the number, digital gauge is also available.

The operator just need to do calibration with the flatness gauge on a standard gauge,  and put the gauge on the lapping/polishing plate to be measured, the data shows on the gauge is the flatness of the plate.

Controlling of the lapping plate flatness is the key to control the part’s flatness, the lapping plate shall be measured and conditioned regularly to guaranty consistence of the parts quality.

FG series flatness gauge are designed according to customer’s plate specification.
