Conditioning Pad

Features  and applications: 

DP series diamond conditioning pad is designed for the conditioning of  poli-lapping plate or composite plates or other soft metal plates, it is very easy to use and very economic.  Before using , the conditioning pad will be stuck onto a base, and the base with conditioning pad will be put on the lapping plate, lapping plate rotates and the conditioning pad will work  like a grinding wheel to condition the lapping plates, it is very high efficiency for the conditioning of the above-mentioned plates, during conditioning process, water need to be used as coolant and lubrication. 

Standard sizes are available in 188mm,248mm,315mm,419mm,500mm,550mm; and different sizes can also be made upon customer’s request.
