Pad Brush Dresser

Pad brush dressers are the basic tools for daily maintenance of polishing pads, it can clean the surface and subsurface of the polishing pads  effectively . During polishing process, colloidal silica polishing slurry is easy to get crystallized and settle hard inside the polishing pad which will slacking down the polishing performance  and shorten the lifetime of polishing pad.  To solve this problem, it is recommended that after each run, clean the pad  with brush dresser, during the cleaning process, DI water is needed to flush on the pads.  

To effectively brush clean different type of polishing clothes, the brush design can be various. To brush stock pads, the bristle shall be had and strong, while for the brushing final polishing pads or suede type pads, soft and flexible bristles are often used .  Different length of bristle will also give different effect on pad cleaning and dressing.
