FGS grinding wheel is specially designed for the grinding of soft metals like aluminum, copper ,featured with very good self sharpening ability, FGS wheel works much better on grinding these soft metal than CBN or diamond grinding wheels or any other conventional grinding wheels. Besides of the constant stock removal rate, the surface finish is also much better than normal grinding or even lapping process. FGS grinding wheel can be used on all type of single side or double side lapping machine, and during process, no abrasive is needed ,use just water.
