Carriers Parts Holders

LSTD is providing carriers for double side lapping and polishing processes. We analyze  and design carrier scientifically, machine it on advanced CNC tools with first class materials. Everything that we do is to enhance carriers’ performance lifetime, accuracy etc.  

Many different materials can be used to make carriers for different  purposes, LSTD can make carriers with materials like FR4, aramid, PVC, spring steels, stainless steels and so on.

Insert carrier is used to protect workpiece edge, inset is made with epoxy and frame is made with steel, insert carrier is very useful on eliminating chipping or edge breaking of wafers during double side lapping and polishing.
