Glass Lapping Plate

Features  and application: 

Glass lapping plates is a economic way to make a relative cleaner lapping process for soft and brittle parts like GaAs wafers, CZT, ZnSn, ZnS parts, it is suggested to use with aluminum oxide and silicon carbide to do both lapping and plate reconditioning. As glass is not as hard as ceramic , so the glass lapping plate is not recommended to be used to lapping hard materials.
