Diamond Grinding Pads

MG/OG series products are innovative diamond grinding disc that extends fine grinding to single-micron grit  sizes. It replaces conventional lapping processes, achieving superior results in terms of material removal rate, surface quality, work piece geometry and tool life. SQUADRO-M provides for an easy, clean and efficient fine grinding process.

MG/OG series products consists of micron diamond abrasives embedded in structure of matrix of high-performance polymers. The resin structures are mounted on a textile base or on a synthetic film. The textile base absorbs vibration s and thus improves surface quality. The synthetic film base is used where maximum material removal rate are required.

● Self-sharpening  MG/OG series grinding pads can be used out of the box without dressing. Thanks to the self-sharpening bond system, the diamond grinding disc does not require conditioning during the process to continuously achieve excellent grinding results.

● Clean workspace Working with MG/OG series grinding pad is environmentally friendly and clean. Cooling is done by water, no diamond slurries or lubricants are needed.

● Versatile MG/OG can be used to grind a wide range of materials such as steel, stainless steel, steel alloys, optical glasses, various crystals, industrial ceramics, ceramic seals ,engineering plastics and so on.

OG series grinding pads are designed for the fine grinding of soft and brittle crystals like ZnSn, CZT and so on, to replace conventional lapping process for better surface finish and higher efficacy .
