Product Introduction

Diamond compounds are developed for the fast lapping and polishing of flat or non-flat surface, during polishing process, diamond compounds can be applied on the surface of the part and a lapping plate or polishing head or brush can be used to do low speed or high speed polishing on the part. There are two series of diamond compounds available, DCW and DCO, DCW stands for water soluble series and DCO stands for oil soluble series, and depends on the type of diamond powders used , diamond pasts are also classified into –M and –P, -M stands for Monocrystalline and –P stands for Polycrystalline. Diamond compounds are recommended to be used with lubricant to make a smooth polishing process and to enhance the polishing effect.
