Cooling of main spindle and supporting plate:
Supporting plate is designed to a special cooling water recirculation system which lead to the best even cooling of lapping plate, the same time, main spindle is also cooled which helps to sustain high accuracy and stability.
Main spindle auto-greasing system:
Integrated with main spindle auto-greasing system, machine requires very little maintenance for main spindle bearings even after working for years.
Drawer type designed waste slurry container:
Waste slurry container is designed like a drawer ,it is hidden inside the machine during working time and can be fully pulled out for cleaning. There is an overflow sensor and it will trigger an alarm when the tank is nearly full.
Precise peristaltic pumping system:
LSTD machines are equipped with precise peristaltic pumping system with which very precise slurry supplying is ensured and stable process is guaranteed.
Two hands operation & protection guard (Option):
To start the machine by two hands is for the prevention of clamping hands, protection guard is also a safety measure to avoid any possible injure during running of the machine.
Ring working position switching system (Option):
Ring working position switching system allows the operator to operate the machine at only one position, no need to walk around the machine to load and unload the parts. Especially for the loading and unloading of mass quantity of parts or heavy parts, this system will tremendously relieve
the operator's working strength and the same time , increase the working efficiency. Combined with an automatic loading and unloading system, a fully automatic lapping system can be realized.
Loading & Unloading table (Option):
Loading and unloading table is designed to realize ring-to-ring loading and unloading, it is very useful when lapping large quantity of parts that loading and unloading may require too much time. With loading and unloading table, parts are loaded on the table and the ring will be pushed on the lapping plate, after lapping , the ring will be pulled back to the table , so the machine doesn't need to wait for a long time for loading and unloading, the uptime will be very high.
