Features and application of WS series lapping slurry:
WS series suspension type lapping slurry are ready-to-use lapping slurry features long period stable and evenly dispersed of the abrasive without mixing. During lapping process, suspension type lapping slurry will form a thin and even lapping slurry film between the parts and the lapping plate, thus heavy lapping pressure can be applied and lapping efficiency and workpiece surface quality can be improved. Suspension type lapping slurry are recommend to be used in high quality requirement process.

Features and application of WN products:
WN series products is dispersing treated non-suspension type white alumina lapping slurry that can be used in a recirculation slurry supplying system. As there is no agglomeration of particles inside AWN plus proper viscosity and lubrication of the lapping vehicle , smoothly lapping and scratch free is guaranteed. AWN has a good effect of anti-rust which also helps to save the time and cost of maintaining lapping plates. AWN is recommended to be used in low cost lapping process.
